OUR CORE BUSINESS

The installation, maintenance and upgrade of communications infrastructure remains our core business. Working with the Highways Agency, Welsh Assembly Government, Public Authorities and Major Contractors, we provide a value for money, high quality service.

Technology Framework Contracts
Working with major contractors we have been involved with the Highways Agency’s Technology Framework Contracts providing infrastructure works for driver information systems and installing Transmission Stations. Contracts include:

  • M20 Controlled Motorway Scheme - Communications Infrastructure works.
  • M4 Widening J29 to 32 - Assistance at Design Stage & Communications Infrastructure Installation over 13kms.
  • M5 J15 to 19 MOVA - Design, Supply, Installtion and Commissioning of MOVA System.
  • Avon & Somerset Tactical Information Systems (ASTIS) - M4/M5 & M32. Communications Infrastructure works.
  • M4/M5 J19 to J20 - Communications Upgrade Network, installation and testing of communication cabling & equipment.
  • M25/M20/M3/M27/M11/M23/M4/M2 – Communications Upgrade and renewal.
  • M4 J5 to J7 - Communications package (ducted system) including retaining wall construction.
  • M5 J28 to J31 - Gantry refurbishment including lighting and NMCS2 Installations.
  • M40 J4 – Communications Infrastructure Installation
  • M40 J10 - Communications interruption & relocation, cabling, equipment, CCTV, directional drilling, PCI’s and testing.
  • M3/M27 - Ramp Metering Infrastructure including cabling, jointing, RAG aspect, installation, testing and traffic management.
  • A40 – Communications Infrastructure Installation including 1km of Blown Fibre, the reinstatement of Met and Loop Sites and the construction of CCTV Foundations
  • M4 South Wales - Installation of EMS including cabling, signal installation, terminating and testing. Conversion from NMCS1 to NMCS2.
