DISABLED ACCESSIBILITY WORK
LEADING SERVICE PROVIDER IN THIS COMPLEX AND EVOLVING FIELD
To meet a growing requirement as a result of The Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) 1995, we provide a unique advisory service to assist companies in establishing whether alterations to their premises are needed, on an individual case basis.
Using one-point-of-contact for all activities, we can provide a complete package to include the initial audit; design (complying with the British Standard 8300:2001 and the Building Regulations 2000 Approved Document M) and the relevant building works.
We have vast experience in undertaking alterations to a variety of premises through existing Term Contracts, held with local authorities, including offices, schools and libraries. Works typically include alterations to pedestrian and vehicle accesses; paths and pavements; signage; external ramps; entrances; corridors; internal doors and spaces; toilet facilities; staff provisions; seating and the installation of aids for the hearing and visually impaired.
