We employ a full-time, qualified and highly experienced, Safety, Health & Environmental Manager, which is fairly unique for a company of our size.

This Safety, Health & Environmental Manager is supported by external advisory body, the Building Safety Group, who undertake regular site inspections and site audits. Internal and external Health & Safety Training is undertaken and all site personnel are certificated under the Construction Skills Certificate Scheme (CSCS). Over 90% of employees hold these cards and to recognise this achievement we have been awarded the CSCS Gold Award of Commitment.

A Safety Management System is operated throughout the company to provide a strategic and support service to identify, manage and improve Health & Safety issues. The successful operation of this System has resulted in us holding an excellent Safety Record. We are also accredited to the Construction Health & Safety Scheme (CHAS).
