We have a very low turnover of personnel benchmarked against the industry norm; several employees have worked for the company for over 10 years. Our pro-active approach has resulted in us sustaining continuity of personnel through the operation of individual career plans for every employee, irrespective of grade.

Training & Personal Development courses are attended by all personnel and all are appraised and trained regularly contributing towards productivity, long-term business growth and staff motivation.

We also support Local Labour Initiatives and have received numerous awards from “On-Site” Bristol (as shown right) for offering Apprenticeships and we are very proud of that one of our Apprentices has received the “Female Apprentice of the Year” award.
