PARTNERING

E R Hemmings promotes the culture of working in an open and honest manner, which we believe to be the key aspect of a Partnering approach.

We have developed a process to first nurture, and then maintain a healthy partnership throughout the contract period. This can be successfully demonstrated on several contracts undertaken on a Partnering basis, or with a Partnering ethos, and our approach has been instrumental in delivering, and sustaining, Continuous Improvement.

We are currently undertaking three long term Framework Contracts on a Partnering basis, or with a Partnering ethos, including:

• Term Maintenance Contractor - Bristol City Council
• Term Partnering Contractor - Bath & North East Somerset Council
• Framework Contractor (for the south-west region) – Housing 21

We are also experienced in undertaking individual Partnering projects where we work collaboratively with Clients, Consultants and End Users.
