This dedicated division specialises in carrying out a diverse range of work from individual projects to long term framework agreements.

This division undertakes individual projects up to £500k in value and can fully accommodate any Client requirement, however small. Dedicated personnel, Contract Managers; Site Supervisors; bricklayers; carpenters; plumbers; electricians and labourers provide a comprehensive Construction, Planned Maintenance and Responsive Repair Service. All are certified under the Construction Skills Certificate Scheme (CSCS).

This division currently holds two long term framework agreements, which are shown below:
